Questions about The LOOPER™
Straight answers from Mick. Don't see yours? Send a message or call 847-606-7222.
What handle do I need?
Any standard threaded extension pole — the same coarse thread used on paint-roller and roof-rake poles. A telescoping pole gives you the most reach.
The LOOPER™ ships fully assembled with the aluminum adapter attached. The pole is sold separately at any hardware store.
Do I need a ladder?
No. The LOOPER™ is meant to be used from the ground with an extension pole.
Never use it near power lines, and keep people and pets clear of where the snow drops.
How much snow can it cut?
It cuts through multiple layers from several snowfalls. The removed snow drops near the roof edge, not on you.
Is it hard to use?
It is light enough for teenagers, adults and seniors. Stand in one spot, set the loop on the roof, pull, and cover a 120° arc without moving your feet.
What's in the box?
One fully assembled The LOOPER™ with aluminum adapter. No tools needed. Extension pole sold separately.
